This was my first time to get a spa pedicure, and the service was excellent. I was offered a beverage (soda, juice, coffee, tea) and the pedicurist was very polite. She was careful to be gentle and make sure the water was not too hot. I would go back for this service again, but only every once in a while as it was quite expensive ($45). I would be curious to try a massage or facial the next time I go.
Pros: convenient parking, polite staff, skill of staff
Cons: felt sort of rushed, a bit pricey

The management of The Face and Body Spa is the worst! They were rude, unconcerned and unappreciative of my business. The massage therapist wore gloves during my massage, which I felt was rude. I would not waste my time or money in this establishment. Go someplace where you will be treated like royalty!!!
Pros: It was finally over!
Cons: Terrible Management, Poor Customer Service, substandard services
