Okay.. this is HOW great it really is... We are having our grade school reunion there. Two classmates, Paul Glaser and I . We just planned it 2 hours ago. I recently got an email from Dawn Dial and we just decided to do it. I'm craving Roberto's. I live in New York... you'd think by now the NY pizza would be my favorite.. BUT alas, no. Roberto's is #1.

I've have gone here to eat several times and each time they have been fairly busy but seriously!! The service has to be the slowest in the business. Even other customers near us were complaining about their lack of speedy service. The staff is friendly. Their food is great and the ice they use in their sodas is the best ice...crushed.
Pros: crushed ice for their drinks, great food, friendly staff
Cons: slow, slow, slow service
