It's like Mexico, but in Florissant!. This is, bar none, the best Mexican Restaurant in St. Louis. Best margaritas around, warm chips and salsa (be sure to try the green salsa if you're brave) and the best service in any language. Authentic Mexican food has never been so quick, easy, and affordable. The menu is upgraded often, with new steak tacos and burritos, and the variety is second to no one. From the "Create Your Own" menu, you can eat there every night for a month, and never have the same thing. I recommend Chili Colorado Pepitos personally, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Great atmophere for families, or for "adult time" at the bar. best nachos, fantasic sevice and fantastic drinks. Everytime I am there the servers always make me feel as if I was really in Mexico. Always have a big smile, and never keep you wiating. I have been in North county for 30 years and ruiz is the one I would tell friends and family to go to. The nachos are awsome...if you want beef, chicken they have it. Also what I really like is the prices and you get lots of food. Also some of the items, maybe I want only a half order you can get it. It is a greta family resteraunt. I can not mention one server, because they are all great.

The best Mexican food in St. Louis area. This is our go to place. We eat here at least twice a month. The food is delicious with generous portions. Our favorite server is Juan and we have been known to wait for one of his tables to be available. I have a sister who lives out of town and this is the first place she wants to visit when she is in town. I would recommend Ruiz to anyone who would like to enjoys a good Mexican meal. Ruiz' even sponsers our sand volleyball team, our picture is even on the wall. We come in every week and we still can't get enough. Hands Down - Best Mexican Restaurant in STL. The first time I went to Ruiz, it was to meet my wife and her co-workers for a happy hour. I've been hooked ever since. Whether it be for a few drinks, appetizer or dinner, I'd highly recommend RUIZ. The Beef and Steak Burrito Melts are fantastic, taco salad is always great and I've not had a bad appetizer yet.
