Windows and bathroom

I really love my new windows and rebath, I never thought they would look so good. The guys who did the work on both were very polite and helpful with any questions i had and they did GREAT job.I would recomend these people for any job needed as I am very pleased with their work. Had eight windows replaced by thomas construction. They are of excellent quality and I am very satisfied.. The installation was quick, thorough, and neat. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They Deliver

from the time we were visited by the rep to the time the windows were replaced and the sliding glass door was installed....everything was like clock work....very satisfied...not inexpensive but so far worth the price..we highly recommend..if u need replacement anything go with the best....Thomas Construction!!

Great Quality and Service

We are extremely pleased with our new windows. The house has been noticeably warmer this winter and there are no more drafts, even during the bitter cold spells. We’ve also noticed that it’s quieter indoors since we got our new windows, even though we live close to a highway and could often hear the traffic noise from our bedroom.

The installers did the whole house in one day and did a great job in cleaning up. They even re-hung all our drapes. Everyone was very polite and hard-working.

We are very satisfied with the quality of the product and the workmanship and would definitely recommend Thomas Construction to our family and friends.

Great Fence!

I want to tell you all that Thomas did a great job on our vinyl fence! From the day that they sat down with us to work out plans until the day it was done. There was great communication from the beginning and for every step along the way. There was a change at the last minute on the type of fence that we wanted, due to a manufacturer's issue and Thomas saw it through and upgraded us ant no extra charge. Great people to do business with and my husband and I plan to have them come back for more projects in the future.

Great Sunroom!

What an amazing sunroom Thomas built for our home! Our new sunroom has added an excellent area for play and relaxation. We couldn’t be happier! We look forward to many years of enjoyment for our family in our beautiful room. We have been pleasantly surprised with how the addition of a sunroom has made our home seem so much larger. We feel like this has been a great investment and upgrade to our home.

The project was completed quickly and professionally. We really appreciate how Thomas was able to adapt the project to the unique needs of our home. The construction team lived up to everything that was promised. The Thomas team was wonderful to deal with through the entire process from beginning to end. We definitely recommend Thomas to anyone considering home improvement projects.

Deck and Front Door

After a deck collapsed and severly injured a friend, we noticed our deck had some rotten boards. We replaced the deck and added a stairway to the ground 1 level down -- at a good price, at least in comparison with earlier estimates for just the stairway!

We liked the work so much we had Thomas replace our front door system, which has gotten nice comments from neighbors and whose energy efficiency netted us a $1,500 energy tax credit.

NEW WINDOWS

I would recommend friends to Thomas Construction. However, I would advise them to get other estimates FIRST, that way when Thomas Construction gives you an estimate and pressure you to make a decision right then, you have done your homework and can make an informed decision.

Installation team was great. My home showed no signs of anything having been done that day. It was great.

Marketing calls still continue after I just spent $12,000. Thomas Construction needs to review there marketing call list and revise for customers that have purchased.

• Cons: lots of marketing calls
