The packers were friendly but after unpacking my things at the new house, I discovered several sloppily-packed boxes. There were broken lamps, squashed lampshades, fragile items packed beneath heavy items in the same box. Mislabled boxes. The movers who loaded the truck didn't seem to be that interested in being careful. I had to go into the truck a couple of times to correct situations where they weren't being careful with my things. I didn't unpack much when they delivered. I unpacked most of my things later. Some expensive items were broken. Boxes were dropped. I'm sorry that I didn't shop around more before hiring these people to move my things.
Pros: On-time arrivals. Friendly packers.
Cons: Inexperienced employees, mishandling of boxes, lack of care.
