Great Rheumatology Care

I see Dr Baldassari for Rheumatoid Arthritis. I am nothing but impressed by him, and the care given by both the doctor and staff. He takes his time with you, and really answers your questions. He has always explained my options, and went over everything thoroughly, and encourages me to call any time I have questions. This is the best experience I have ever had with a physician and office. I also never wait more than a couple minutes in the waiting room. I am very happy with my doctor and this office, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

SHOULDN'T BE PRACTICING MEDICINE......

WENT TO SEE DR. BALDASARE BECAUSE HE WAS IN MY PARTICIPATING DOCTORS. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE . HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,COULDN'T EVEN HAVE A DECENT CONVERSATION WITH ME, HE ASKED ME SAME QUESTION 2-3 TIMES AND COULDN'T REMEMBER WHAT I HAD SAID. HE WOULD START TO WRITE THEN COULDN'T EVEN HOLD THE PEN STRAIGHT OR KEEP HIS EYES OPEN LONG ENOUGH TO WRITE. I HAD VERY HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING HIS QUESTIONS BECAUSE HE KEPT MUMBLING LIKE A DRUNK PERSON WOULD. HE TRIED TO LOOK THOUGH THE PAPERS I HAD FILLED OUT PRIOR TO MY VISIT, HE COULDN'T EVEN FLIP THE PAGES WITHOUT LOOSING THEM ALL OVER THE FLOOR.HIS HANDS WERE SHAKING LIKE A LEAF. HE WAS SITTING ON A CHAIR NEXT TO ME AND I COULD SEE THAT HE WASN'T ABLE TO WRITE ANYTHING ON THAT PAPER WHAT I HAD TOLD HIM. WHAT WOULD U DO IN THIS SITUATION BUT TO LEAVE THE OFFICE......I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND EVEN A DOG TO GO SEE HIM.......

Dr Ross is the BEST!!!

I was diagnosed with Lupus when I was 15 back in 1984... He became my doctor then and had remained my doctor till I got married and had to move because my husband is in the Airforce.. there was 3 years there that I went to military doctors and none of them ever measured up to Dr. Ross... So 3 mos. ago (Aug 2008) I went back to Dr. Ross and where I will stay... I have to travel from San Antonio Texas back to St Louis Missouri but it is worth it... I trust him in everything he does and says and knows he always has his patients best interest at heart...Dr Ross is the best and the only doctor for me!!!!

Good Patient Care, Friendly Staff

This was the 3rd Rheumatologist I had visited. They tested and dignoised me correctly from the very first visit. Dr. Ince and I went over the treatment options. He would regularly review my test results and explain what they meant. The staff is very friendly. The wait time in the reception room can be a bit long at times. But overall I have been very satisfied.

Avoid Dr .Ince

Dr Ross is excellent. WHen he did not take my new insurance I went to Dr. Ince. Do not go. He has no bedside manner and does not explain things to you. Very short visits with no time to talk or ask questions. I always leave the office wishing I had never gone. I am now searching for a new doc.

• Cons: no personal attention.
