Avoid this hotel

I'm fairly certain I've never been treated as poorly as I was here. Nothing was right about our stay. Myriad problems occurred with our reservations, but that was only the beginning. The last straw was when we walked in to our room to find the tv on, full blast, butt prints on the bed, and an empty beer bottle on the night stand. When I called the front desk to report that a stranger had come into our room, the manager yelled at me for accusing her employees of breaking and entering! It was truly a unique experience, one that I will never do over. Do not stay the the Millennium Hotel!

Not worth the price

It just isn't the luxurious hotel I expected. The lobby is beautiful, but the beauty is only skin deep. Just downstairs, the bathroom is very much like one you'd find at a campground with facilities, old and dingy. In our small room, the tub drain was clogged and shower options were limited. Cleaning was not thorough. I've stayed in many $40-a-night hotels with better overall accomodations. It certainly isn't worth the price. It is within walking distance to the new Busch Stadium and the Arch, but if you walk, you will be asked for money by panhandlers.

• Pros: close to new stadium, close to Arch
• Cons: dingy, small rooms, panhandlers close by

unbelievably bad

we made reservations for a honeymoon night for relatives everything was confirmed and when they called to reconfirm one hour after the wedding they were told there was no room reserved and had no idea what they were talking about.so the honeymoon nigh was wasted because of this incompetence.The next day we called ask what happened and they didnt have a clue.After waiting an hour to talk with someone we were surly asked do you want another reservation or money back never said sorry

The Worst!

Bad, very bad! Too late for me, Save yourself!!!

No A/C, and They told us it was off for the season!

Long lines at front desk, Total kaos everywhere. Could not find ONE helpful employee! I have never experienced such horrible service or conditions!
