It's definitely the best gay bar in St. Louis......and not only because the competition is sadly non-existent. Drink special on thursday, drag shows on tuesday and sunday, very crowded on sathurday and, oddly enough, pretty dead on friday.

hmmm...where to start.... St.Louis needs to open some new clubs! The clubs they have are TRAGIC! The people could use some help too!

The bar was too crowded, there was no room to dance. The staff was very friendly and I did meet some great guys.
Cons: NO room on dancefloor, Nasty bathrooms

The Complex provides an atmosphere of high energy and friendly employees. Individuals from a wide variety of lifestyles and interests come to enjoy great music, dancing and the great atmosphere.

The cOmplex is a nice bar considering it's in the location of St. Louis. However, the Complex is not a great bar. When things break (ie the video monitors) they are NEVER fixed. The music is good, but the transitions are sometimes horrible (there's usually at least one moment in which it sounds like the DJ abruptly cuts off the music). STill, I will admit the songs played individually were good. All in all, a decent bar with much room for improvement. However, the food is still pretty good if you go there to eat.
