So, I understand the person who wrote the other review had a negative experience, but who know what the circumstances may be have been in that situation. I read the review and still went because I was in a bit of a pinch. I had recently lost 70 pounds and wasn't sure I was going to be able to do anything with the suit I had. Not only was she able to work a miracle, she turned it around in 4 days. There was major construction and the suit looked like it was made for me. I went to a special event honoring someone else but I was the one who felt like a star, I received complements all night. She even gave me pointers for when I was ready to buy more suits. I'm hooked, she will have my business from now on. Gosh, it feels good to look good!
Pros: quick, freindly service, great work!
Cons: dark, crowded location...I didn't realize how good I looked till I left

I sent a dress in for minor alternation (shortening of the straps). First, it was sew in too short and one side was sew in incorrectly. She offered to fix that side. I told her the straps still feel too short and she refused to fix the other side. Now the two side is uneven. I probably need to redo it myself. (I normally fix my own dress but since this is a $380 designer dress, I decide to let the "professional" do it). Big mistake!!! Also, as a minor point, my dress still smell like her perfume....
Pros: She is always smiling and greeting people warmly
Cons: I think customer service is more than just smiling and greeting, get the job done properly!
