Over bearing, police academy dropouts that have nothing better to do than harass passer bys. I can sympathize with needing security in STL, but stopping a pedestrain, and then threatening to arrest them because they're walking on a sidewalk that the rent-a-cop says is "private" is ridiculous and illegal. If you need security in your neighborhood or building, look elsewhere for better quality protection - these guys will do you more harm than good.
Cons: harassment, threatening average walker-bys
