My first experiance was being healed of a blinding migraine. Before SHY-MEL, a migraine would stop me cold in my tracks for hours on end. Sometimes resulting in a trip to the emergancy room. The healing took apx five minutes to total recovery. I joined them and try to make it to the Wed eve discussion groups.
Pros: located in my fav neighborhood

I had a great experience there. Great for body and mind. It was my first time to try and yoga and plan to keep doing it to remove stress from my life. Staff was very knowledgeable almost seemed like physical therapists as much as instructors
