WOW What a fantastic job!! I received three estimates from Service Magic, but went with Cleaning Concepts because they were the most thorough even though they were not the cheapest of the three. I had my first visit today and I was literally just floored by the attention to detail by the cleaners. They were at my house for about three hours. I have a typical 3 bedroom Brentwood home with hardwood floors. I had requested a "spring cleaning" and they included the baseboards, window sills, mopping all the wood floors, and the windows in addition to the normal cleaning. I had also asked them to clean the unfinished basement and remove cobwebs. The crew was very courteous, uniformed and arrived on time. They sent two girls, one I think was a supervisor. They knew exactly what to do and they went right to work when they arrived. The crew had a checklist they followed from my estimate over the weekend. This crew was extremely detailed! They vacuumed under the beds, did the bathroom floor on hands and knees, and moved all my knick knacks to dust underneath them. They even used a small brush to detail my faucets and the corners of the floors. I have gone through four other cleaning services in the past and none of them ever came close to this type of intensive cleaning. I always thought that you could never find anyone to clean your home like you would do it. I intend to use them every other week until my house sells. I really like the fact that they are going to send the same girls twice a month. If you are looking for a little more detail type cleaning I highly recommend them.
