Step Back in Time. Goody-Goody is my favorite breakfast joint in St Louis! The food is fantastic, especially the catfish (yes, for breakfast!). It has been around since 1947 and was featured on the Discovery Channel's show on St Lous - hosted by Cedric the Entertainer.
