From the very start of our move when Rich Brandis came to give us the estimate, we received excellent service. All our questions were answered and explained. He was polite, patient and very knowledgeable. He referred us to the warehouse to get used boxes which we greatly appreciated, where Scotty, (sorry, don't know his last name) took the list Rich had given us for boxes and very efficiently gathered what we needed and helped load in our truck. He was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Also, Rita Gonzales kept us informed every step of the way during and after our move. We even received a card from her just the other day, and we really appreciate her professional and caring work ethics. Mike Stamper, the driver, has to be the best one you have. We've moved long distance twice before, and our experience with Mike so far exceed the others, they don't come close. He was very efficient, patient and courteous, not only to us, but to neighbors when he offered to move the van so they could get their cars out. All of these employees are the best advertising United Van Lines could want. We have already recommend A - Mrazek to several people who are considering a move.
