Hard to schedule test.

I was searching ENT doc in St Louis and decided to go this place as the rating is so high.

The doctor is probably good but I have to schedule allergy test with the nurse myself after doctor orders that to further diagnose my problem. I can never get in touch with the nurse, called 3 times so far, left a message, never called back. It just doesn't seem right to me. Now I'm looking for another place with the right service.
