Overall experience was good, no complaints. However, I called and requested a Master Stylist and when I got there it was a totally different person than I was told on the phone. This ended up being just a regular stylist. If I was to be picky, would say someone with more and/or better experience would know that when your ends are lighter and very dry you shouldn't leave the color on them just as long as the rest of the hair, or better yet, use a lighter color on them because that’s the part that "takes" the most color deposit. I'm still on the hut for the perfect salon in the STL.
Pros: Nice Salon, good atmosphere, very good day spa
Cons: Upscale Salon/Day spa, overall knowledge and techniques AVERAGE

I got everything I hoped for - and more. Yes, it was expensive, but I feel I got what I paid for. Two ladies took their time consulting with me, showing me lots of pictures, until they felt they knew what color I had in mind. I was impressed by how many pictures they had to show, which is sometimes the problem with cuts and color: you have something in mind, but don't know quite how to convey it to your stylist. I like how they "dry cut", which makes sense since your hair hangs differently when it's dry. And when I let the stylist know that my hair doesn't grow very fast and was nervous about having too much cut off, she delivered by only taking off what was absolutely necessary. Bottom line - compliments, great color and style, and a repeat customer.
Pros: Lots of attention, desire to please, nice atmosphere.
Cons: Took a little while.

this place was so overpriced for the lousy work and terrible people that work there. the girls there are so fake and nasty, most of the time i had to duck my way around the place to prevent myself from getting knocked out by silicone breasts. ugly people, rude service, and they all need to go to a real salon for a make over by people who really know what they're doing.
Pros: you feel like the prettiest girl ever compared to the girls there
Cons: you deal with stupid people who are like talking to a wall

This salon is truly wonderful. All the gals are so nice and my stylist is of course the best ever :) I couldn't ask for anything better.
