Top 5 Perks of Cicero's:

2. Extensive Food Selection
--Try their pizza
3. Overly Awesome Bartenders
--They will help you pair beer with just about anything
4. Packed Music Venue
--Constantly have a different venue
5. Cause They ROCK!
--Dude seriously, you rock...
- Pros: HUGE BEER SELECTION
- Cons: Atmosphere
Worst service I've ever had in my life, hands down
by louithefish
I have NEVER in my life been treated more like an animal than at Cicero's. Not only did our waitress pointedly ignore us on several occassions, but our food took over 2 hours to get to our table and the restaurant was barely half full. The pizza was decent but definetly not worth a 2 hour wait and being treated like gum under a table.
- Pros: has a music venue
- Cons: terrible service, terrible service, terrible service, long wait time for food.
Great Beer Selection, Large Portions
by erkman43
Cicero's is a great place for you and a few friends to sample a huge beer selection, while enjoying some decent cuisine. Ask your server about beers that match your preferences.
I would discourage large groups (8+).
- Pros: Beer Selection, Pizza
- Cons: Parking
Who ever made this rating is crazy

Ciceros is quite possibly the worst food I have ever had. They have a good beer selection, but everything on tap always tastes flat. This place is AWFUL.
yummy

Great Pizza, LARGE beer choices, wonderful music venue. This place hands down rocks The Loop. One of the great gems in St Louis. Music 7 nights a week and enough beers to help you stumble home all 7 nights. Italian menu but you can also find some excellent burgers as well.
Give this one a try
- Pros: Knowledge Staff, good music, Beer
- Cons: parking on weekends
Beer and food
by pphan2004
I've been told the Cicero's has the largest beer selection in the Mid-West (53 on tap and 250+ in bottles). Cicero's servers and bartenders pride themselves on their beer knowledge and selection. Enough about beer, try a pizza or some pasta. Great selection of speciality pizza's as well as a wide selction of pasta favorites. Be sure to try the Pasta Alamara, rich white cream sauce smothered with seafood.
Very eclectic patrons, so you will always meat some interesting people. Staff is also very nice and willing to suggest food that suits your taste palet.
There's a reason why Cicero's has been around 25+ years, give it a try the next time you are in the loop.
- Pros: beer selection, GREAT pizza, fun place to dine
A joint with a rep for good pizza and good music.

The Scene
Cicero's legacy stretches back two decades; its basement was the premier rock club in the '80s and mid-'90s, when it occupied a space in the heart of the hip University City Loop. A few years back, though, it was forced to move two blocks west and dumped a lot of money into a fresh space. When the dust settled, the spic-and-span new club area was a 180-degree flip from the dark and dank basement.
The Food
Pizza is premier here, but standard pasta dishes, tortellini, spaghetti, fettucine, are also popular. The seafood salad is a good bet.
The best ever

The best pizza I have ever eaten. Some places have good sauce, or good toppings, or good cheese, this place has everything!!!
What Fire??????
by msjazz79
AS some people now Cicero's had a fire that pretty much ruined the inside, took about a year to redo, but the brand new Ceicero's was worth the wait;) This restaurant is one of my few fav's within the Loop area. The food to me is great. The hamburgers are EXCELLENT you have choices for the types of cheeses, topping, and as well as breads to make your sandwich. As well as the shape. lol When I first had one I was REALLY impressed and even now when I'm cravin some good food that's one of my hot spots.
- Pros: Rep. of Tea bottles;), great location, Rec. Room
- Cons: TOOovercrowed at time, Bathrooms
It's Great!
