I don't usually mind bad service, but I joined Citysearch purely to let people know how bafflingly incompetent and rude this place is, considering how simple ordering flowers would seem to be. They are in close proximity to my house, but I will no long order from them. I have attempted to order from them on two occasions, and, on one occasion, I recieved the bouquet a day later than promised, and the second time I played telephone tag with an employee for two-and-a-half hours before being hung up on - by the manager, for an apparent misunderstanding over my P.O. box number(!). Heed the two negative reviews: you'll have better luck ordering from any other florist in the St. Louis area.
Pros: Flowers seem reasonably priced
Cons: Impossibly poor and unpersonable service

THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO MAKE A SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT FOR ME. THE DESIGNER WAS VERY HELPFUL. THANKS AGAIN!

I USE THIS FLORIST ALL THE TIME, BEAUTIFUL FRESH FLOWERS AND PERSONAL SERVICE ALL THE TIME! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! TALK TO KEVIN HE IS ONE OF THE BEST DESIGNERS IN THE ST. LOUIS AREA.

A good business would return phone calls, deliver after 3 pm if they missed you (many people worked) and actually answer questions with something less vague than "the offic people are out for the day. This is the absolutely worst florist I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.
