I agree that the power outage was awful. Right now, the construction at Olive & 170 is awful, but that's more of a problem with the city, not with the complex. I do like the layout of the two bedroom/two bathroom floor plan. It's affordable if you have a roommate & the staff is great. I've never had a bad experience with any of them.
Pros: Location, management staff

When ever there is power outage, power is restored in 2 ways. The blocks on eastside i.e behind leasing office gets back in aboyut 2 days but the blocks beside leasing office on westside takes 7 days. it happed in summer during storm outage and it is happeing now and it is -15 degrees outside. Everyone in the neighborhood has power except these few bldgs. Warson village never has power problems. Paying them premium rent of $725 is not worth it when apts around came out due to vacancy, Warson Village which is much spacious and better is chargin $600 now. So when u wanna rent here thk twice n never rent on westside.
Pros: Reasonable Place
Cons: High Rent, not spacious, major problems duing power outage
