Ballwin Help with Lateral Sewer. Last November our sewer backed up and roto rooter came out, then again in January, then again in March. The January and the March visits were at no cost to me even though it was on Sunday. What great service!

Today Carl came out with a camera. He was very helpful. After giving me the bad news about needing sewer pipe work in the backyard, he told me about the program in Ballwin that reimburses work up to $3,000. I would not have known about this program without him.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers service date 3/15/11. We had our sewer back up into our basement late in the evening on 3/14. The next morning I started calling around for estimates to "unclog" us. Roto-Rooter was my first call and ended up being comparably priced. Not to mention they had a plumber at my house within the hour. Jim was very efficient, friendly, and professional. He snaked through our clog, hosed down the area and squeegeed the floor, leaving me with little to no "sewage" to clean up. All I had to do was wash it down with bleach.
