It was great the first three times!

But after that I didn't get the care and attention I wanted. I also felt like I was being rushed in and out. The atmosphere was generally pretty good but for the amount I was paying and the difficulty in making an appointment I didn't want to be taken for granted after I was a regular customer. I may go back and try it again with a different stylist, not sure.
Pros: Nice decor, Lots of products, Appointment reminders
